PARBAT PRIVATE BETA
Find the two price changes worth making this month. Prove they worked.
Parbat looks across your catalog — traffic, conversion, margin, inventory, price history — and tells you which specific price moves are worth making, what each one is likely worth, and how confident we are. You approve every change before it ships. Then we measure what actually happened against what we projected, and show you both.
8 weeks, free. 8 Shopify brands. You approve every price change.
THE PROBLEM
Pricing is the fastest lever you have. It’s also the one you’re guessing at.
A 1% price increase moves operating profit by roughly 9%. Most brands still set prices by feel, copy a competitor, or leave a bestseller untouched for two years because nobody wants to be the one who broke it.
Dashboards
Show you what happened. They don’t tell you what to do next.
Competitor repricers
Tell you what someone else charges. That’s not what your customers will pay.
A/B testing
Needs roughly 300 orders per group over three to four weeks. On 150 SKUs, that leaves about 146 untested.
So the decisions get made anyway, just without evidence.
WHAT PARBAT DOES
We do the analysis before the customer sees the price, not after.
01 — We find the opportunities
Parbat reads traffic, conversion, sales velocity, inventory position, margin, and price history to surface where the money is actually sitting. Usually it’s not where people expect.
02 — We estimate what each move is worth
Every opportunity includes projected revenue and gross-profit impact, a confidence level, and the reasoning behind it. Where the data isn’t strong enough, we say so.
03 — You decide
Nothing ships without your approval. No automatic changes, surge pricing, or per-customer pricing — just a short list of deliberate moves.
04 — Then we check our work
After a move ships, we compare what actually happened with what we projected — including the times we were off. That’s how you learn what to trust.
THE BETA
Eight brands. Eight weeks. Free.
What you get
Full access for eight weeks. A whole-catalog opportunity analysis in week one. Two to four evidence-backed price moves, each approved by you. Realized-versus-projected measurement shared in full. Direct founder access. A pre-agreed continuation price at 50% off for your first year.
What we need
About two hours in week one for onboarding, margin and COGS data, constraints, and your pricing context. Roughly 30 minutes a week after that. Permission to use anonymized outcomes. If results are good: an approved case study and a reference call or two.
No credit card. No auto-billing. If you want out at week eight, you’re out.
This is a narrow beta, and it won’t suit everyone.
A good fit if you
Do $2M–$20M a year on Shopify. Carry roughly 75–400 active SKUs. Have several products with 1,500+ sessions a month. Sell in a category with margin to work with. Can decide on pricing without a three-month process. Have wondered whether a bestseller is underpriced.
Probably not a fit if you
Do under $1M a year. Run thousands of thin-traffic SKUs. Compete mainly on being cheapest. Make most revenue on Amazon or wholesale. Grow primarily through constant discounting.
If you’re on the edge, apply anyway and say so. We’d rather tell you honestly than waste your time.
What people ask us first
Will my customers notice?
What if a change goes badly?
What about Google Shopping and Meta feeds?
How accurate are your projections, really?
Do you touch subscription products?
What happens to my data?
We already use Intelligems. Does this replace it?

Farrukh Zaman
Built production platforms at Cisco and Salesforce. Changing prices on a live store is a systems-trust problem before it’s a modeling problem — rollback, feed sync, failure modes at load — and that’s the work he’s done for years.
Zahara Malik
Comes from Dynata and Ipsos, where measuring how people actually respond to things — rather than what they say they’ll do — was the entire job.
We’re building Parbat because pricing is the highest-leverage decision in commerce and almost nobody has good evidence when they make it.
Apply for the beta
Seven questions, about three minutes. We reply to everyone within two business days, including the nos.
We’re taking eight brands. If we’re full or you’re not a fit, we’ll say so plainly rather than leave you waiting.
Not ready to apply?
We’ll run a free pricing opportunity analysis on your catalog and send you the one-page read. No install, no call, no obligation — just the analysis.
